PAYMENT
After purchase, you will receive a PayPal invoice. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay as PayPal offers the option to pay using a credit or debit card.
SHIPPING
All prices include shipping to Canada and the contiguous United States.

Delay for shipping: 1 or 2 business days
CARE
Perfume may discolor some of the stones or finishes on the individual beads. Therefore please avoid perfume when wearing your jewelry.
To remove fingerprints or marks on large crystals or if a silver plated piece tarnishes, simply rub gently with a jewelry cleaning cloth to bring back their sparkles. You can reduce tarnishing by keeping your jewelry in a plastic bag when you don’t wear them.
Do not let childrens play with your jewelry, it may contain fragile or easily swallowed parts by a child.
Each piece is finished to a high standard, however in the unlikely event a breakage does occur then please contact me and I will discuss the possibility to repair the piece with you.
RETURNS aND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds or exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis. If return or exchange is accepted, the piece needs to be returned to me within the next 7 days of agreement, providing that the product is in a fully re-saleable condition.
Please package your piece as securely as it was received and include a note with as much detail as you can so that we can process your return. You will be responsible for the cost of getting the goods back to me. If the piece returned is of high value, I recommend sending it back with a tracking service for your own peace of mind. If I do not receive the goods back, unfortunately, I am unable to exchange or refund the purchase.
If I agree on a refund, I will refund the price paid minus the initial postage charges included in the sale price which is $25 for contiguous US order and $20 for Canada order. Refunds will be credited to the PayPal account originally debited within 14 days.
